Are we facing genocide if Obama’s plan is to stop social security, unemployment insurance & other safety nets?
Because if Obama does cancel all our social safety nets because he thinks we need a spiritual cleansing and the conservatives think that it’s better bailing out the banks that don’t produce anything tangible but but won’t help auto makers who actually make something and are begging that the govt help them, and for Americans to get help from the govt to survive in times of hardships is somehow immoral, no one is going to survive. When we have no jobs and no safety nets like food stamps, unemployment insurance, social security, deregulation, privatization, union busting, wage reductions, free trade, the race to the bottom, and prohibitions on advanced technologies, it will be the end of every American.
If Obama did these things it would not be “genocide” but (with the exception of prohibitions on advanced technologies) it would be an improvement. Did Obama morph into a a supporter of limited government when I wasn’t looking? It would be great if he did! But I have not heard this news.
The government has no money of its own. The only money it has it takes from innocent taxpayers. I support private charity. I do not support theft.
