How I can make my own rubber stamps?
Where I can buy the rubber material is chopped with spatial tools for seals? I have the tools, but can not find the rubber things … I checked the local craft shops with things, but only in the size of a 3×5 card into account. "I need bigger. I searched the Internet and have not had much luck in the pursuit of things. Also, I saw a kit online which you can design the image on your computer and then print the negative and somehow the use of polymers to create a seal. I did not really understand and are asking $ 300 for that what does not I think … lol But there are cheaper kits like this? Do they work well? Finally I can use ink t-shirt on a stamp to stamp on fabric? Will it hurt the seals at all?
There are several ways you can make your own stamp or stiffness in flexible materials, and also some cheap ways to have your own images made. Art shops usually have various sizes of rubber or linoleum 'sheets that can be carved with linoleum-carving tools, or can be cut sheets of wood, polymer clay, white rubber erasers, foam boards, etc, and then use that. You can also buy materials to make your own "Clear polymer" seals (and some come in kits), but that's fussy and expensive process. There may be other types of kits as well. However, you can have your own stamps made in just about any size, and almost any image. Look up rubber stamp in the yellow pages and make your drawings to a store that makes them, or the provision of premises usually do too (although it will generally be much more expensive). Personally, I hate to ReadyStamps.com my stamps. Very cheap and do a great job, and supports the Cerebral Palsy Association. Once you've drawn or printed images on a 9×7 "sheet of paper (may be able to make bigger too) and sent to them, they will send back a sheet of rubber stamps with their images on it. If you have put more than a stamp in your area of 9×7, you can cut away the seals. THN can ride anything you want – or leave without mounting.
